This structured, 2-year program accelerates your learning curve and career development. Rotate through diverse 4-to-6-month assignments at our U.S. sites, plus experience a 6-month stint at an H&V location in Europe or Asia.
We’re looking for technical majors with undergraduate and graduate degrees in:

We’re seeking business majors with undergraduate and MBA’s in:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Finance
- Management

Program participants work in positions that offer business challenges, development opportunities, and the opportunity to contribute to a global corporation’s success. Engineering assignments might include installing new process equipment or analyzing a quality control program. Business assignments might involve strategizing a new opportunity in sales and marketing or financial analysis at a mill controller’s office.
