Hollingsworth & Vose Price Increase Announcement
East Walpole, MA June 15, 2006: Citing continued escalation in raw material and energy costs, Hollingsworth &
Vose announces a general price increase effective with orders received after July 14, 2006. The price increase is
expected to cover all areas of H&V’s business and will vary depending on the impact of energy and raw material
costs in each of its business segments. Each business unit of the company will notify its customers of the specifics
in the next few days.
