Hollingsworth & Vose Price Increase Announcement
October 18, 2007 - East Walpole, Massachusetts - Citing continued escalation in raw material and energy costs, Hollingsworth& Vose announces a general price increase effective with all shipments after December 1, 2007. The priceincrease is expected to cover all areas of H&V’s business and will vary depending on the impact of energy andraw material costs in each of its business segments. Each business unit of the company will notify its customers ofthe specifics in the next few days.
