Hollingsworth & Vose Price Increase Announcement
May 1, 2008 - East Walpole, MA– Citing continued escalation in raw material, energy and freight costs, Hollingsworth & Vose announces a general price increase effective June 1, 2008 or as contracts allow. The price increase will cover all areas of H&V’s business and will vary depending on the impact of cost increases in each business segment and geographic region. Each business unit will communicate specific price increases to its customers.
