H&V's automotive air filtration grades are designed to provide
optimum filtration for internal combustion engines. Our products
are used in automotive, heavy-duty, and cabin air applications.
We design heavy-duty filter grades to provide the highest level
of protection for off-the-road, and over-the-road equipment operating
in difficult environments. Our products come in a wide range of
cellulose, cellulose-polyester fiber, and polyester-glass combinations,
and cellulose-melt blown composites.
H&V produces media for radial and panel auto air filter applications.
Our new media utilize a propriety manufacturing process that provides
much higher dust holding capacity and elemental efficiency. These
products are available with most resin systems and come in flat
and corrugated versions.
Our cabin air filter products incorporate a combination of enhanced
microfibers and electrostatic materials that increase sub micron
particle retention with reduced pressure drop. This material has
superior fractional efficiency, good processability, and stable
performance in high temperature and humidity. Its high efficiency
and low airflow resistance characteristics not only maximize protection
for drivers and passengers but minimize fan workload and size
