Vice President & Chief People Officer
Sandra Martinez is our Vice President & Chief People Officer who joined the H&V team in April 2023. She will join our leadership team and have a strong voice in developing and implementing initiatives to drive engagement, organizational capability, and DEI as part of H&V’s overall sustainability efforts. She brings a strong blend of human resource experience and innovation from her extensive 20-year career.
Prior to H&V, Sandra served as the head of HR for the industrial segment of Barnes Group, a global industrial and aerospace manufacturing company, and has worked in the industry since 2015. In addition, she held the position of VP of HR and Compensation and Benefits at Univision. She also worked at General Electric where she served in Europe and the U.S. for many years.
She also served as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council for the Manufacturers Alliance.
