Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
James Noonan is our Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He joined H&V in May 2022 with more than 20 years of financial, operations and strategy experience. Most recently, James worked in the construction industry with Suffolk Construction, where he served as Operations Chief Financial Officer of its $4+ billion general contracting business. Prior to Suffolk, James spent 11 years at CRH PLC serving multiple roles of increasing responsibility over his tenure finishing as their North Division Chief Financial Officer, a $2.8m business unit of CRH PLC. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University College Cork, Ireland, and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. James is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
